The 32nd AGM is proposed to be held on 11th March at 7 PM in the Cultural Hall, Kannada Sangha.
If the required quorum is not obtained on 11th March 2010, the Annual General Body Meeting will be adjourned to Friday 19th March 2010 at 9.00 AM in the Cultural Hall, Kannada Sangha. If the quorum is still not obtained, the AGM will be adjourned to 10.00 AM the same day.
Queries in writing, on the Final Accounts (Displayed on the Kannada Sangha Notice board) shall be submitted to the Executive Committee atleast 72 hours before the commencement of the Anual Generalbody Meeting (ie: 72 hours before 7 PM, 11th March 2010),
All the elgible members are requested to attend the AGM without fail. Members are requested to update their membership to be eligible to take part in the AGM. Please present the updated membership card on the day of AGM.
Members who have not completed 6 months of membership are not eligible to participate in the AGM.
